im going to be a HL2 rebel this year. its gonna be soooo awesome. I got alot of my materials from a army surplus store in my town. then I fund spare stuff around. I had to make the thigh pads and shoulder pad (the one with the half life symbol on it), but it looks great! I bought myself a USP .45 Match airsoft pistol to match the one in the game. Keep up the god work, this is really good!

The combine solider kevlar is easy to make... just cut out some styrofoam pieces and wrap them in plastic*... then take some white fabric that is hard to see through and use spraypaint on that. then you put the fabric around the styrofoam pieces!

*Wrapping the styrofoam in plastic foil will give you the liberty of using the sut in the rain!

Very accurate choice for the weapon. The combine use MP7s but most people use MP5s for a costume weapon.

Hey can you put Combine Radio chatter, and the Overwatch Voice from the CP radios in some kind of recorder, then put it on a suit?

@MegaSean45 use a tape recorder, and then stitch it in behind the case of a radio, make a hole in the case on the side add a coil that doesn't do anything leave the switch there for easy acess and flip it on. The switch may need some work, but just search youtube for a switch that can stamp on something, you could probably have two with some work one for play one for stop have it on a constant playback.
