the touchscreen cant really compare to the iphone, since the iphone uses a multitouchscreen, this is a singletouchscreen, so only 1 finger can be used at a time.. The software is definately nice though.. im thinkin of getting this when my current contract stops

Yes, very good. But I advise you to get one when they get it out of it's beta so it works longer and it has less limitations.

The iPhone is lighter compared to the G1. It only weighs as much as 133g while the rival is 158g. iPhone can last up to 300 hours (standby) whereas the G1 only lasts for 130 hours. Again, one point goes to the iPhone.

Actually if you pre-ordered during the first wave of orders you are guranteed to get it on the 22nd. T-mobile shut down the pre-ordering for a few days so they could seperate the Oct 22nd orders and the later date release orders.

There's a usb adapter for your 3.5 mini jack already out, and the phone does support 16GB MiCroSD. Already pre-ordered it, getting it on 10/22/08

the camera is better than the iphone and it has an usb adapter that works just as good except you can not only listen to your music with it, u can charge and download with it also...it ROCKS
