Horses can always pull more weight than carry on their back as a matter of course. A single Percheron draft horse at my carriage company can pull 1400 lb carriage filled with up to 6 people many times a day without being over worked (each horse only works 1-2.5 days per week). However, you'd never think of putting 2000 pounds on a horse's back. However, in this video, I think the mini is ok because the video is only 24 seconds, ha.
