I've started this month tracking on excel using Candid mommy's sheet. We'll see if it makes a difference. Seems like several of us are trying to do this for 2012!!! :) That's pretty cool he shows us how to use the formulas, thanks for posting this!

The first tone scared the sh*t out of me... my headset was too loud ;) This is the first month we are tracking our money and I have also made my own excel but I love the categories you have. Now, I have one question. If we get payed the 25th each month should I start the "month" at the 25th or the 1st. That point confuses me a lot. I know when I have a routine I don't even have to think about it. It just seems difficult in the beginning.
