Have you guys seen the Windows 7 equipped StudioBLADE keyboard workstation from Music Computing? The integrated controller works beautifully with Ableton. Check out the videos on our profile! Follow the link below!
@Safalta05 basically, you are slowing down and speeding up the playback of the audio file. You do this to control the timing of elements in the audio. Certain parts can slow down. Other parts speed up.
You make auto warping look so quick and easy, it never ever works propperly for me so I have to do it manually. Not that I mind though because you can be sure that the track is warped to perfection that way :)
i want to know, if you were to compose a mix in ableton, is it necessary to warp all of it?? cuz i've noticed when i insert an audio track i already have that ableton file next to it.
i fucking hate this shit it screws up my work and makes it out of sync

@estevancarlos OK I have a problem. The song is ORIGINALY with UNconstant speed. Speed is going up and down. It is very hard to mix it.
I suppose I could correct this song by clicking after every beat and make the same speed to song?

Just done my first ever mix thanks to this tutorial and it's spot on! Less is definitely more when it comes to warp points.
Cheers, Kent.
