Spent a very wet rainy weekend in the New Forest with my Hennessy. Loved it. Snoozed with the sound of the rain on the tarp, Read, Slept. Will take ear plugs next time though, rain did wake me.

@surf403 We thought about it but our dogs love it in the outdoors and raining or whatever. They were in no danger so it was ok...All but one dog was far too large to share the hammock...lol

I was a scout and I tried to get my troop to try it and they didn't. I have done it a few times in the winter and the first times was cold and the second time I learned even more from videos like this and others. I would watch videos and read up on the how to's and then try or you would freeze or be hot.

@kellerr13 It was only raining and lightening at he time my iphone was recording. I missed recording the main thunder showers that passed, my fault. But the point of video was to show no leaks or any problems even after thunderstorm. It was raing harder than it sounded very misleadign from iphone video.
