A good pc, like really good will cost the same as 7-9 consoles. Consoles have always have been the cheap way to avoid having to upgrade gear ever so often to keep up with next gen games. Some people choose the easy way out and some people want that extra bit pc games offer. Great games, especially multiplayer games of any kind and then the best bit, graphics. A console is made of lesser hardware to be kept CHEAP. AFFORDABLE. So you can's tell pc gamers off for beeing too cheap to buy a console.
Actually Mass Effect is on PC........ MGS4.... Meh. GoW2.... Meh.
But PC has Crysis. While the story sucked the modding will rule. We have the HL series, TF2 (the better version) Command and Conquer series.

well if your computer is ok then i dont know why you wouldnt go for that... the fact is the computer CAN make it look better but you can chose to optimise the graphics for better performance.. so you could lower the graphics to ps3 quality and have it play smooth, in theory

The original Far Cry didn't have any powers. That was in one of the shitty spinoffs for Xbox 360 or something. The original AI was terrible, an enemy would see you from the tiniest little crack from like 500 meters away. If the AI isn't improved this game will unfortunately suck. But as it looks now, it looks really nice :P

1 core is OS only, which means 6x3,2 Ghz but the PowerPC processor works very differently from a normal PC processor or the 360's Xeon. And if there's a problem with the game, you can download a patch for it, which i'm not sure is possible for consoles.

how, how is 360 better then a high end gaming pc?? 9800gx2 compared to the 7 series gfx card in the xbox? my pc has 3gig of ram, urr 360 i think dont even have a gig. MY pc has q6600 quad core oc to 3.0 ghz compared to the 360's 3 core cpu. SO plz tell me how 360 is better then my high end gaming pc? OHh yes i forgot online game play is also better as i can download mods and add ons and heaps of other shot like maps. Ohh yeah i can also do my homework on my pc and browser the net. OWNEd!!!

Shut up, the xbox is better because its much, much, MUCH cheaper than a high-end gaming pc. And why starting a discussion when you bring arguments like you can do your homework on the PC? Everybode knows that you cant do that on an xbox, so what? Homework sucks, thats why you start gaming.
