Hey i have Java u21 installed and everything and all it does when i click to open it it just closes right away without me being able to use it

i did the exact same as this, reinstalled, and reattempted agen i also checked and i have the most up to date version of java, i also attempted to run the .bat thru cmd and stil no luck

search for that on the sun website and dload it :)
