"CAPTAIN GALLANT OF THE FOREIGN LEGION" [later reissued as "FOREIGN LEGIONNAIRE"] was a very successful syndicated series in the mid-'50s, sponsored nationally by H.J. Heinz Company {Heinz Ketchup, Pickles, Soup, et. al.}...and star Buster Crabbe and son Cuffy [his co-star] appeared in an integrated commercial for their sponsor at the end of every episode- here, they're "pitching" Heinz Cream Of Tomato Soup.
