  • Legs are important to do, i fucking hate doing legs but i still do them, i see a lot of people in the gym rarely do their legs. Atleast the squat rack is free all the time. hehe

  • You are so right on both fronts. Can't neglect the lower body, but those exercises HURT! My gym seems to glorify building the upper body but has almost no machinery for legs or thighs, so I've got be creative

  • this body builder is rather muscle but I think that he's handsome and nice looking . I want to see him in the bikini underwear to know all his muscle body
