I was downloading Fallout 3 from Steam, I have Windows 7. Anyways, when I clicked "New" and then "Yes" for Fallout 3, it crashed and said "Fallout 3 has stopped working"

@metroidprimefan18 Yes it gives you 1 HP unless you play Fallout 3 and get that blood pack perk from those 'vampires' (The Family) then it gives you 20 HP.
