I use ACID Music Studio. It's a fairly simple program that is optimised for loops, which I use to make my songs. There is a free version available, as well as lots of free loops!

TIPS is a resampler for UTAU.

I'm ashamed to say, I've never heard Ura before, but she has such a lovely voice! :O I clicked on this not expecting too much, but wow, I was very surprised when I heard her, her voice is very high quality! :O Seriously, good job XD And wonderful job on the original too! I try to compose myself too but it's not easy, aha xD; So anyway, great job, and happy birthday to Ura! I'm looking forward to hearing her more in the future : > *subscribes*
