I sent youtube a form, I dont remember the title, search for videos about getting your account back. then they send that form to the companies who gave u the strikes. if those companies ignore it, youtube reopens your account in few weeks like mine. But sometimes things can get ugly, like one company contacted me direct, they even called me, I almost end up in the court for using their song AND claiming it as mistake strike for youtube. but we worked it out in friendly way
