I am 19 and I think that women that are 40+ and work out, take care of themselves, dress well for their own age aso, are so HOT! And I have many male friends that think so as well... they hit on my mum! I admire some aging women like a dog watches a bone, like some of my mentors in work and/or other women that are simply happy and gorgeous just as they are. Anything else isnt attractive AT ANY AGE! Go women, although I dont want to sound too clicheé-like ;)
