Why do you think the board of directors would want to give up their power to woman or even other ethics people?

I said, let them drown with thier boat while make them think they are still in control.

Tom Peters makes a very strong point - think about your businesses markets in terms of women, and make sure eladers within your business are women becuse they understand that market than "old white guys" on boards!
