Here's how I see it:

Discord- Chaotic, nonsensical, fun

Order- Strict, lawful, boring

Harmony- Balanced, not strict, not chaotic

I actualy like the idea of order as a villian.

A villian so obsessed with complete perfect order and symmetry that it becomes an obstacle for both him, and others.

He would desire the power in order to enforce perfect order upon the citizens of ponyville.

Maybe they should bring discord back from his statue, and let the two opposing forces destroy eachother.

The daedric lord of maddness rules the isles, which like the madgod himself are utterly bizarre and all of the inhabitants are likewise colourful. However, systematically; Sheogorath turns into Jyggalag whereupon he destroys everything his mad-self creates and turns the isles into a desolate, crystaline wasteland. After some time he turns back into Sheogorath, who does the reverse
