Dude,Your Terrain is still on while flying.(This Causes the Runway to go all bumpy)Take it off while Flying the plane by pressing CTRL+ALT+B and it should have a little panel at the left Side,Scroll down and find the terrain.Take it off ;)

I put up a video response with a pretty old flight sim, Micro Flight 5.0. The video was recorded before I had a graphics card or even a decent joystick nor did I have rudder pedals, either. Still it exceeds the Google earth one by quite a bit.

To be fair, I don't think Google set out to make a flight simuator bu just tossed it in for fun.

If you click the mouse when in the simulator, you can use the mouse as a joystick.
