I question the type of person that would be so accusatory as to tape his sermon, and attack nearly his every word. I read the notes, and listened for the blasphemy, and I was barely able to find out what they were talking about. The things the notes are stating are a rather unclear, and not very solid. There are encyclicals from the Magisterium that give permission to the priest to deny communion to someone who is inappropriately dressed (if I recall, immodesty was the main crux of the issue at the time).
