babies are naturally born with some extra padding as a result of being nourished in the womb. and I live in america, and i've been underweight my whole life. I was born that way. don't make assumptions, it makes you seem like a close-minded fool.
anyway, this is one of the most beautiful, smart little babies i've ever seen in my life! congrats, emma! may he grow up happy and healthy.
OH MY GOD!!! THIS MIGHT JUST BE THE SINGLE MOST ADORABLE THING I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was just grinning from ear to ear watching it!!! ohmygosh!!!!!!
Oh my goodness he is a sweet little cutie this makes me smile and giggle all the way through thankyou so much for sharing this! You are so fortunate to be able to see this everyday Emma :)
What a smart kid!!!! I think he is going to very talkative when he figures it all out, my oldest was like that and she is now 21 and still has not stopped talking....
i herd a chubby people is a FAT AZZ . what is she feedan that babby . SHE FEEDin that babby strawberry mickshakes from macdonelds or maybe she hav lots of fat comin out her TITS because she is FAT and she puts the FAT into her babby and make the babby fat
LOL! All babies are pretty much like that until they hit there growth spurts! I dont think you should say something like that because when you have a son or daughter you wouldnt want someone else calling your baby fat!
all babies are chubby JUST LIKE YOU WERE ONCE WHEN YOU WERE HIS AGE! TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR LITTLE BABY PICS! and seriously, you giving your baby 2per cent milk is much worse than a mother with a fat baby! you oughta be ashamed of yourself saying that! that is so cruel! you dont deserve a precious baby! and if you do have a baby i hope it goes to a much better home! ALL BABIES DRINK MILK! AND ALL BABIES ARE LIKE THAT!
He's not fat in the slightest.... He's a baby, ever heard of Baby fat? Probably not as you are very ignorant, babies lose their 'fat' when they reach around age 3, should Emma put him on a diet? jeez.
Dude, babies should not be put on diets, Babies need goodness, vitamins, protein. Diets do not provide this. Especially for someone who is developing! I pity your child/future child.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
all babies r fat??? do u live in america where evvyone is fat or somethin?? in my country it not NORMAL to be FAT. the baby is too fat and needs a diet of skim milk.
Oh no, That baby is no where near over weight. And why would someone feed there 2.5 month old skim milk? When the baby needs either breast milk or formular too nourish and care for its growing bodys, and immune system? Emma, you have a gorjuz baby. SwivelingBowl or what the fuck ever, "Get a life". :) Not trying to be harsh...
actually, well nourished babies are born with extra fat, and it is NOT recommended that they drink skim milk because they need the all the fat they can get for proper brain development.
i think you should watch what advice your giving because you're certainly no dietitian, and if I were you I'd worry about my own diet not someone on youtube.
Babies pick up language continuously and there's a point where all their knowledge suddenly comes together and they seem to magically start talking fairly impressively. It'd be cool if you kept recording video and documented the process - maybe to embarrass Blake when he's older. (-:
That's amazing! What gave you the idea that you could start teaching a child to speak at his age? I assume something you read in a book? If so, what's the title?
Baby sign language? You're not going to have any need for that, are you?
He started babbling naturally when he hit about 8 weeks...he started mimicing all by himself really, I was changing him one time and he started to cry so I said "No, no!" to him and he repeated "Oh, oh!"...that started the "oh"s that we were doing in the other video. So now I've just been repeating other "oh"-type words to him lots, hahaha
That's brilliant! If you can get more amazing results, you should write an article about your methodology in a Mother's magazine or something.
I would only suggest that when he gets it right or very close to, you could give him a kiss on the cheek, understanding, of course, that he doesn't have to go through the exercise in order to get loving at most other times. heh
I really have no idea...I know it's pretty average for a baby to be experimenting with sounds like "p", "b", "m" at around 4 months (only because that's what the booklet for his midwife check-ups says)...my friend's baby was saying "mum" sporadically at 6 months, I'm not sure when they begin to truly understand (as opposed to just mimicing) though
You realize that some of us are experiencing being a new parent vicariously through you?
At 40 and poor and responsible, I think I missed the boat.
They say that if you wait until you can afford a child, you'll never have one. It's actually a service to the Western World, unless we all want to become Muslim, that is, and that might be an eventuality, at this rate, anyway.
Ya spend the first 12 months of their life teaching them to walk and talk and spend the next 18 years telling them to sit down and shut up, right? lol
Aww :) That's so cute and amazing! Last night a dreamt I had a baby boy...he was healthy but tiny...not much bigger than a hamster haha...what the heck does that mean?
wtf??? that's amazing! That's one smart kid, At 2.5 months my nephew was still sleeping for 23 hours a day and doing nothing but drink milk. He barely even cried let alone say "hello"
Wow...his vocal abilities are amazing for his age! He is going to be saying his first word before you know it. :) His ability to mimic like that shows that you and Daniel spend a lot of time interacting and speaking with. Great job!
