Kim is really hot!" Are they still together? I thought they broke up, I think this was either just as they started going out or they where just friends at this point just b4 they became a couple!
I am absolutely TIRED and PISSED OFF about Argentinians complaining of Hewitt yelling " COME OOOOON " to Nalbandian when they play. FUCK ARGENTINIANS !!!!
@KaminariKatta it wasnt reallly "suddenly". it was graduall but at the moment hes not aggresive enough. if he wants to threaten the top 50 he needs to be more aggressive and take alot of chances. hes not quick enough anymore to just rally people down because everyone else has gotten quicker.
its pretty cool seeing his achievements despite being so young when it all happened. youngest doubles grand slam winner, 3rd youngest player to win an ATP event, youngest male to be world number 1. 3 grand slam titles (one doubles and 2 singles). he would have had more achievements if it was not for federer lol
@DarthMuse Hewitt is nowhere near the youngest to win a grand slam. Youngest is Michael Chang at 17. Hewitt won his first slam at 20. Pretty big difference.
Lleyton is one of the most mentally tough players of all time. I really wish today's juniors (especially our American players) had just an ounce of the grit that Hewitt brought into the tennis scene. Today's players lack character, heart, and integrity. "When the goin gets tough, todays players pack it in and head for the beach". That sums up many of todays players. The sport (and world) need more people with heart to set a better example. We truly are in a world of deep mediocrity.
@mxpx439 yeah mate, Rafa is ALL HEART........I love watching him. The majority of today's athletes are spoon-fed, and lack character.......Rafa's not one of them! He's basically a pumped up version of Hewitt, with more power, and I think even better movement than Hewitt had at his best. I don't know though, Lleyton moved pretty damn well when he was in his prime. Rafa's a whole different animal though. Beauty mate :-)
@jahmehz It's actually a great way to study philosophy. The way one plays a tennis match tells a lot about their character, on and off the court. The "grinders" who dig deep and give it their all, usually are successful in life, as they do what it takes to succeed, working very hard and clever.
@THECAPSLOCKISOFF some of which players? the one's who I feel are spoon-fed and lack heart & determination? those who feel a sense of entitlement, rather than having to earn their spot and direct entry into tournaments? are these the players you want me to name? or are we just talking about those who I feel who pack it in when the going gets tough, rather than fighting till the last point like Hewitt has done his entire life?
@theatlantean3 I'm not saying Hewitt hasn't worked hard what i'm saying is you can't take anything away from the top players today, they are the best simply because they have trained hard for endless hour not because they have been lazy all year just enter 4 tournaments and come in the top 5 consecutively
@EzyEtoThaG IIRC Federer was knocked out in the first round of Wimbledon in 2002. He's only lost twice at Wimbledon since. Mario Ancic would then be known as "The Last Man to beat Roger Federer".
ese seri el ultimo grand slam que ganaria, quien lo diria, parecia que podia ganar algunos mas, pero se estanco.

@Jetball74 Wow, really? Federer is the best of all time, man. Djokovic is great, but not even close to Federer's status.
MrKaicyr 1 month ago
@MrKaicyr I wasn't saying Djokovic is the best ever. I was saying basically that Novak is the man 'now'.

Guys can someone answer my question?What happened to hewitt,he suddenly goes all the way from no.1 to no.56.What happened to him?
KaminariKatta 1 year ago
@KaminariKatta
it wasnt really sudden, took him 3~4 years just to drop out of top ten
its mostly because hewitt plays a very physical game, lots of grinding and running
its not the kind of play that can get better with age
foul01 1 year ago
@foul01 Yes but nadal does that alot too.
KaminariKatta 1 year ago
@KaminariKatta
and thats why nadal has busted his knees so many times and why critics are doubting his longevity in the game
but that aside, nadal is a far superior player and therefore and stay on top longer
foul01 1 year ago
@KaminariKatta Firstly in 2003 Hewitt had an injury and secondly he lost rather many points to help Australia to win the Davis Cup.
