OK the physics aren't 100% this game handles other great things, when turning, the tank actually turns like a real tank, it slows down, the hydrolics kick in, in Arma, you don't see that, in fact, tanks in arma turn and move like they don't weigh a thing, when you move a 70 ton vehicle and suddenly stop, its gonna rock forward and backwards a bit. the game isn't 100% but its the first time codemasters has done anything like this, on their OWN

I love the physics in this game! an I love the fact tanks ram into trees and instantly stop, tree beats tank! plus rocks, ah lovely rocks in OFP2; never knew tanks could fly.
I want to try this, but the abrams tanks in the 360 mode are all at the Airfield and the Volcano is on the complete opposite of the huge, awesome map.
it does suck but if it were on a console it would be WAY to awkward since it has over 167 key commands!!! not joking i've counted it, may be off by 15 though.
Trust me buying a good gaming computer is better than a console!
Learn to aspect ratio perhaps. They don't look like chouds and certainly a lot better than in that certain other product.

This game was the very first that remained installed for the shortest time on my PC. Let´s say, about 10 minutes until i jumped into a jeep and "accidentaly" hit the buildeng that reflected my precious jeep onto the nearest tree that was like, 30 meteres away from the building. No ARMA2 wont come to consoles, and i sure as hell hope it dont, or else we will get another rushed game like this one. Which was just ported to PC.
Its engine and dev team had so much they could do, but consoles capabilities held the game back.

The exact same thing happens is arma 2, only you dont have to be driving a tank full speed down a hill, rather just collide with a stone at any speed.
That+all the other bugs that ruined arma2.

thats on the PC 1900x1200 everything max'd including the advanced graphics window.
Some have said you get better results doing outside game tweaks haven't tried thos yet

@jblackrupert barren? its filled with lakes and mountains and trees, and various houses and villages.... It's a fucking small island outside of china too.. And if you say that its "uncreative", well, guess what, it's photographically identical to an ACTUAL island they based it off of, so you just called nature barren... Way to go...
