I watched this movie back in 95 when I was little... I loved it. I cried. It touched me. Now I live in the middle of nowhere with a golden labrador. Moral of the story: Kids, watch what movies you watch... they might just end up costing your social life!:P:P

@aminFOXY The movie came out in 1995. That's 16 years ago. The dog had to be at least 2 years old when the film was made. Know of any 18-year old dogs out there ??

@trwent I knew a Chihuahua that lived to be 23 so as unlikely as it is that the dog in the film is still alive, it is still a possibility.
