  • Fucking best band ever. Unholy Domain and SoSSE are easily some of the best releases in Death Metal history.

  • this rules

  • is that girls singing or boys! I CAN'T TELL LOL!

  • ohhh nice 1.

  • GREAT FUCKING BAND..

  • Hell yeah, I have this tape.

  • Fucking brutal!

  • fuckin good death metal. Never heard before, I immediately fell in love with those guys. how could I miss them..? it's a mistery

ps: fuck the music industry metal world!!

  • BEST DEATH METAL DEMO EVER!!!

  • demigod IS death metal. the epitome. their debut album is just as amazing

  • Tä on niin helvetin julma biisi!

    /../

  • Amazing demo!

  • cool, sounds like Bolt Thrower.

i've always preferred European Death Metal over American Death Metal

  • the voice its like from the band rotting christ 5***** \m/

  • anything from the great demigod/necropsy split album here?

  • Ihan mielenkiinnosta kysyn, montako suomiseiskaa/demoa/täyspitkää omistat?

  • Suoraan sanottuna, en yhtäkään suomiseiskaa tai alkuperäistä kasetti demoa. Muutama alkuperänen CD painos kyllä löytyy. Tämä on Xtreem recordsin "Slumber . . ." uudelleen julkkarilta

    Sori vaan . . .

  • "Unholy Domain" was later ripped-off by American Seraphic Decay label and released as a split album with another finnish DM band, Necropsy 1991."

I hate when labels do this to the bands, fucking greedy pieces of shit!

  • Yes, same here brother.

Luckily it didn't have such drastic consequences

in this case as it had in Demilich's case

It is so sad to see how the greed of money can slaugther creativity.

  • i don't get how that's greedy, splits are good for bands, they get better exposure, especially if it was released overseas.

  • Yes, that maybe BUT when these "good-intention" splits kill the hard work of the bands, suck their creativity and drive them to spilt-ups, that is not good at all.

This happend for example, one of the Finnish Dm bands; Abhorrence. If it would have been purely about supporting the music, they bands would have got payed somehow and their permissions for such releases would have been asked.

As far as I remembered, this wasn't the case here.

  • For Demigod, the split release probably was more positive thing, because it didn't lead to a split-up and the band gained some extra attention

  • Old School Death Metal 4ever!!!

  • tuomo is my drummer teacher

  • Best Death Metal that i've ever heard!

    \,,/ HAIL DEMIGOD \,,/

  • great post!

    reps

  • Fucking incredible. Demigod are gods. Got this demo and worship it to this day.

  • Loved it from the first hearing!Didn't know them.Gonna search for their first album. What a fucking great upload! This song simply crushes everything to dust...

  • Fucking brutal stuff man! Demigod crushes.

  • One of the best demos on earth - brutal crushing death from the early underground scene.

  • Well, I think that Swedes have made a few crushing demos of their own . . .

    KEEP IT OLD-SCHOOL \m/

  • Lucky to hold an original copy of this one as well... still it kicks ass and that quitarsound is incredible.

  • U got lots of old school shit :D

  • Yep indeed... I should digitalize those great tapes before time ruins them. Luckily this Demigod demo can also be found on the re-release of the first album!!

  • That's were I got it from ( Horrible truth revealed :0 )

  • I am glad that re-release saw the light of the day... more people have the opportunity to hear that great Finnish music. Longlive Dave Rotten!

  • Nothing comes close to old school death metal. Forget that boring technical crap that's so popular today; that style totally omits what makes death metal so great: the riffs!

  • Well fucking said my friend. You rule.

  • Sick demo! Nice upload

  • That demo fucking SLAYS everything.

  • I still find that crunchy, oliberating guitar tone to be unbeaten to date... Slowly prodding forward like a menacing anti cosmic force.

  • Thanks for your comments. I appreciate it. Demigod is one of the few finnish DM bands, were riffs and production work awesomely together. That crunchiness of the guitars and the lyrics that some how remind me of early Bolt Thrower (Andrew Whale) work here really well \m/

  • Yes... But it's particulary this demo that possess these qualities. Of course, the following full length does too but to a lesser extent which kind of disappointed me as I first listened to it, but it's great on it's own accord - this demo is well prefered over here though. :)

  • Fucking awesome dude \m/ !.

you earn 5 ***** from me now !

    greetings:Gutmutilator

  • Demigod: one of shiniest stars in finish DM.

  • And hopefully, will be for a long time \m/

  • Great stuff

  • Really good! Hail

  • Juuri näin \,,/

  • Unholy Domain \,,/
