Her voice is a POWERHOUSE! Not to mention it is reminiscent of all the great jazz legends like Billie Holiday and Ella Fitzgerald. Chrisette is so beautiful. I really like her style and her voice. She sounds better live and I didn't think that was possible. I see her going far in her career. She is a gospel singer! She is singing R&B but she has a straight up gospel sound. She doesn't have a "different sound" she is just singing R&B with a gospel voice.
