  • If you are an Indian and you don't speak Hindi it is not shame. Because if you are Indian and if you speak Thamizh (Tamil) one of the world's oldest and richest language then it is ok not to speak Hindi. India was joined and created by British as India. Before that India was so many separate countries ruled by kings. India doesn't mean Hindi only. There are many good , rich languages in India.

  • namaste!

I'm going to India very soon, so decided to try and learn some very basics of Hindi.

I made some notes before I found your videos here on youtube and there are some things that don't match, like - I'm fine (bahut accha?) or thanks (sukriya?)... Are there various dialects in Hindi? Which one you're teaching? I'd be happy to learn abt this before continuing my study...

    All the best! :-)

  • Hello again...

Do you happen to have any videos with other useful expressions to use in different situations? like shopping, clothes, fruits and vegetables, body parts etc...? thank you so much! your videos are easygoing and very helpful. And the teacher is very handsome haha.

I´ll be looking for more of your next lessons!

    Adiós y Feliz Navidad!

  • Sit Thank you so much for this, it's really useful, i have just started to learn the language and had no idea where to start

  • hey no problem. let me know if you need any help.

  • Hi. I´m trying to learn Hindi and am putting my best effort at it and making progress. In my country we´re not very familiarized with your language, so the internet has been my best tool so far. I have a gourgeous Hindi boyfriend, long distance of course, and I want to surprise him by learning, English isn´t our first language for both of us. I really like your culture and your language is very interesting, and Hindi men are very attractive, just look at you! Thanks again! adiós y besos!

  • hello,

sorry couldn't reply before. let me know if you need any help. Will be a pleasure.

  • I hope too. :D

  • I hope for you.

  • Thank you. I want to visit India one day.:)

  • Nahi. Maybe I'm cool for you because I love India.

  • Personally I think that you are cool. And if you love india, its great because i loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee my country. Its so different, even the air when I land at the bombay airport is so different, its like coming back to the heaven. Its a really special place.

  • mein hindustani nehi hoon. - correction

    Where are you from?

  • It's a secret. ;)

  • why not reveal your secret. I am curious. You seem cool.

  • Main hindustani nahi hai. :(

  • asal zindagi mein kayi sare shabd hum istamal karte hain, jo ki kitabo mein mil pana thoda mushkil hai.

jaise ki kya haal chal hai? is similar to how are you, but in a very unformal way. dost - friend in hindi, but while speaking directly to a friend, we prefer saying 'yaar' instead. As a third person we do refer our friend as a dost. And many more....

  • lol...main italy se hoon, yah bahut acchi baat hai ki aap hindi bolchaal sikhna chahate hain, lekin videshi logon ko sikhnae ke liye kuch niyam chahiye...main aise kah rahi hoon kyonki main bhi videshi hoon...

  • aap hi batao kya niam chahiye. Mujhe sujhav acche lagte hain. Isse mein apné tutorials mein kuch sudhar kar sakoonga.

  • lol...you are too nice... asal men main sujhaav dene ki talash men nahin thi maine aapse poocha ki 'aap kaise ho' ka niyam kya hai. lekin aapne uttar nahin diya. ham sab vidyarthi hain isliye yadi aap kahte hei ki 'aap kaise ho' boliye to main janna chahoongi ki kyon bolun...

  • anyway, now that asked me... instead of giving the same old words list we can find in any book...why don't you teach a few expressions no one ever teaches, I think people would be really interested, such as youngsters expressions etc.

  • vyakaran ki kitabon men dekhiye...vah galat hai...

  • chalo, koi to mila jo meri galtiyan nikaal sake. Aap kahan se ho?

  • yes I know it's a regional use, but isn't it better to tell the grammatically correct ones to foreigners?..just a thought because people will get confused

  • it isnt gramatically wrong to say aap kaise ho? Its just a variation.

  • I may be ignorant, but you will never find it as correct in grammar books

  • isn't it 'aap kaise hain?' and 'tum kaise ho?'

  • tyes it is, but sometimes we do change it a way. I depends as to where you come from, because there are a few variations in hindi depending on fromwhich part you come.

  • by the way...nice clothes...

  • ♥♥♥ You are very cute! ♥♥♥

  • thanks

  • thanks. let me know if you have problem learning hindi.

  • Thank you!:D

  • I will add the second lesson today. Hope it helps you. Ask me if you need to know anything more in hindi. Best of luck

  • great keep the lesson going
