about a buck for the thread

60-120 dollars for the sewing machine (only if you don't have one already)

32 dollars for 2 yards of spandex

30-40 dollars for a monofin (this only gives you more speed/propulsion through the water,it really is optional; I don't use one)

@CJandEJ9899 Hi ^^ I made the tail from a very simple marine-blue bathing suit material, and just left the bottom open to put the fin into it. I actually made a way prettier one recently! Search for "stella the siren" and it should be the second hit.
