  • I agree, what happened to all the great music like this ? Crap, Im so sick of hip hop and rap sheet.

Wow I really miss originality and insight of quality music !

  • Everyone check out towards the end of the song when they show the countdown of all the songs...its insane. AIC, smashing pumpkins, green day, rhcp, oasis....now think about today, SHITE for music thats on tv and in the mainstream media...outcry for good music

  • with that name only can be a one hit wonder

  • i'm gonna yell at my friend for tellin me to listen to this song.... now i'm wastin hours listenin to this, lol!!

  • I used to listen to bands like this and Collective Soul, definitely had that 70's arena rock thing going, great times

  • This tune was a SMASH! Cant believe they werent more popular what a talented band and the lead singer incredible voice like a cross between AXL ROSE AND DAVID BOWIE just AWESOME!

  • yeah.. I remember the old days..

thanks for uploading this song bro !!

  • this song reminds me of Ayn Rand's "Anthem."

    anyway, this song is amazing

  • OOOOOOOHOOOHOOOOHOOOHOOOHOOOO

  • everything will be ok,IN THE MEANTIME listen to an awesome song bella..........I LOVE YOU

  • Hard to believe this group is considered a 1 hit wonder in the USA. Great tune that is better now looking back from when it was released 12 years ago.

  • This song was one of the best that came outta the 90s..I fucking miss the music!

  • the thing I miss the most about the mid-90's was how fucking fun clothes were... exspecially for us guys....I remember copy'n Scott Weilands's lime green velvet jeans , wearing them with some 1950's old man white shoes and toping it off with a super clingy 70's poly shirt that would keep coming unbuttoned to just the right point (one button above nipple ....nipple would have been chezzzzzy lol) Not to mention the "just after sex" mop that I called my hair..... sighhhhh

  • yeah man, that shit was fun. Skating was just really becoming the shit, soap shoes, 3 eye blind and smashing pumpkins were cool. haha fun stuff. I think I have the same hair as you're describing too.

  • Haha, that's a great oufit you're describing. I was a kid, but I loved the clothes I saw older people wearing (and wore them whenever my mom would let me, haha)- like crushed velvet dresses and crazy platform shoes and floppy hats... I want to bring that stuff back.

  • lmfao :}}

  • ha ha ha ha classic lol remember this

  • God there was some good music in the 90's, gonna turn that Top 10 into a playlist right now!

  • awesome tune

  • 90s rock will forever be so good

  • If this was seven then what was 1?

  • Wonderwall by Oasis said it in the video 3:02 sec in

  • Thanks m8.

  • no problem, was wondering the same thing as i watched it and it came on screen, i was like how convenient=)

  • great 90 s album!great guitars exelent.

  • HOLY CRAP!!! havent heard this song is years! youtube is the shit

  • I downloaded an mp3 of it on ares. It's probably also on limewire.

  • I heard rumors that this guy is being considered for the new Velvet Revolver frontman. Does anyone know if this is true?

  • im pretty sure he is the new singer

  • when all is well and well is all in all.

i love this song. too cool for any bands to come up with now the 90's is where it was at

  • I wish that was the top ten chart for present day.

  • This is one of those songs that I'd always turn the volume up for, but I never knew the name of it until a couple days ago. Glad I know now.

  • Great song love that bass riff but how much does the singer look like Stephen Merchant? And that guy married Liv Tyler???? Where's the justice....

  • They're not together anymore.

    So now is your chance.

  • Sound is rather tinny old chap. Check the old treble settings!

  • A 90's masterpiece!

  • This song inspired my new SciFi comedy. It's such a great tune.

  • good song :D

  • Fantastic Song Absolut Great Riffs

    Genius!!!

  • haha i'm so old...i graduated this year!

  • Gods... Superdrag and Spacehog, Belly and Loud Lucy... Will we ever hear their like again?

  • Man, what a great invention youtube is. I forgot about this song. Would have never remembered it again

  • 90´s

  • man this was such a one hit wonder...but really cool

  • great song! My favorite =D

  • I forgot about this song!! I freakin love it

  • Ol Roy can really rock.Good luck with Velvet Revolver.Scott will be missed.STP is where Scott belongs.

  • OoOoooOOh

  • no man. you fail horribly at life

  • come on, his voice is all softish. I mean, idk if he has any hard rock songs, but his voice just isn't suited for VR's style..

  • Have you ever listened to some of Weiland's solo stuff? You might change your opinion.

  • His solo stuff was crap, but most people's usually are, I do agree that Weiland is a better hard rock singer as far as I can tell but that's not to say this guy isn't awesome, we'll have to see how he fits into V.R.'s style. Not all Weiland's stuff is hard rock anyways, esp. his old STP stuff.

  • new velvet revolver singer? thats what i heard

  • All through my High School Years... SPACEHOG ROCKED!!!

  • Love this song. Couldn't remember the lyrics at all, though, or the band's name.. except that it had "space" in it? Space.. space.. fly? Space.. hog! Spacehog! *types into search*

    SUCCESS!! :O

  • one of the greatest hits of all time this song

  • my friend and i couldnt come up with the name or the artist of this song, but we could both sing the chorus, yet just the tune and without the actual words. i spent about 30 minutes today and i finally found this. what a great feeling that is.

  • By Golly this song is so old but yet good to listen to right on Spacehog! Keep it up!!

  • wow every single one of those songs at the end at the bottom are amazing, takes me back. Freshman year in high school listened to this allll the time, also around the time I first picked up guitar, in my opinion one of the best times for rock music ever.

  • the 90's were definitely the best times for music. these songs take me back also. i was a sophomore when this came out. if you have Dish Network,,,channel 6024 Lithium...non stop 90's music ONLY! off the chain!!!!!!!

  • Spacehog was one of the better bands of that mid 90's time....but even then the music then was so much more experimental and ambitious compared to that of the shit now...don't get me wrong there are some cool acts out there, but nothing as cool as this......

  • The 2nd track on the single - if you can still find it - is called 'Zeros' and is also a quality tune!

  • this song is so cool. did these guys do anythign else

  • Not that I know of.

  • Almond Kisses is another good track

  • aw man they cut off the piano!

  • hahahahhahahhahahahhahahahahhahaahah :P

  • i think the lead singer is married to liv tyler

  • although this hit #1 on the charts in '95, it was late that year, so it had a greater impact on 1996, a year to remember and go down in history as a classic year.

  • awesome song, this was a smash hit in '96, all the songs flashing on the bottom were all hits between the years '94,95,96, those three years rocked!!

  • If you guys want to see some awesome music videos then come and check out my page, just click on my name, check it out, if yu think the videos are cool then add me to your friend list!!!!

  • c l a s s i c .

  • Triple J played this song a lot.

  • i mentioned this song in my first short film:

    clementinedwayh. com/tommyboth/reminisce.html

take a look at it and watch till there's two guys on a couch reminiscing.... :D

  • Since every one is talking about where this song takes them back to....

This song takes me back to when I was a DJ on 105.7 The Peak. Now that was a blast!

  • Its funny the main thing that sticks to me when I hear these guys is I heard them on love line like in 97 and the two guys in the band are brothers and they were talking about how they were not curcumsised lmfao!!!! Random as hell I know.

  • Why must they always cut off the end? An ultimate classic. The songs flashed are all from different periods.

  • wow this song takes me back to my highschool days.

    good times good times!

  • cool song!!!

  • This song takes me back to 7th grade when life was hellish, but music was and will always be the escape.

  • royston langdon IS lucky to be married to liv tyler, they even have a kid.

  • That lead singer is sooo lucky to be married to Liv Tyler!!! Cool song though!!!

  • Does anybody have their Letterman show performance? They fucking rocked!!! It was posted but was removed for some unknown reason (Probably the NSA at work). I had to watch that at least once a day just to get through the day. So, if we don't get that posted I just might snap!

  • let me tell you something about spacehog

  • i think i've listened to resident alien a hundred times and i still dont understand how their "new" at the time style never took off... instead we got limp bizkit and korn??? fuck that shit

  • This is a good song, but you are stupid if you don't think that Korn is a good band

  • spacehog also had "at least i got laid" and other songs too, they were exposed they just wasn't as big of hits as "in the meantime" resident alien is a good cd.

  • Old skool. Unfortunately this band was a one hit wonder. But i remember this song well, it was a good track.

  • this has got to be one of my favourite songs. =]

  • fuckin awesome

  • Bowie até a medula.

  • this song is a classic, i'll never get tired of it.resdident alien is a great and unique cd.

  • Woah flashback

  • where is mongo city?

  • my guess is they are referring to glasgow in scotland. kentigern, also known as mongo, is the city's patron saint.

  • lands of greens

  • a more pure version:

    http://www*youtube*com/watch?v=fHTQg2ApBNM

  • OMG Great song!!! One of my faves!!

  • These guys are so underrated. Thanks for sharing.

  • Great song, was huge here in NYC in '96 I think, that was a great year for me personally so the song brings back good memories and is pretty timeless, deserves a new audience.

  • Long lost tune, THX!

  • I Haven't Seen This Video In Years!!

    Thanks!!!

  • essa musica é du caralho ,qdo estive em nova iorque em março de 96 tocava direto ,para mim é a cara de ny.

  • Great song. I saw this group in the 90's in NYC. I remember two things: most of the crowd leaving after they played this song 45 minutes into their act, since nothing else they played even resembled the caliber of this cut, and (2) his brother the guitarist carrying on like a nut...hopping all over the place, stealing the show, and even encouraging groupies. I also remember a group from the UK named Big Mouth which opened up for them and blew these guys away. I guess that's really three things.

  • mine too!

  • damn. one of my long lost favorites!!! thx for uploading!

  • fuckin great :)
