I wrote down what he did, and I made it for dinner tonight. I doubled the recipe, poured in a bottle of Guinness stout, and added a cup of barley. Everyone LOVED it!
Actually, I work at the Brogue, and John is actually from Ireland. He's been in the states for a little while, and has picked up a little of the American accent, but you should hear him when he gets mad, the Irish REALLY comes through ;D. He's an excellent chef, though, and is great to work with. Come to the Brogue and try something off our fantastic menu, and maybe one of our 16 draft beers!
