I Remember Seeing Malmstein In Seatttle - A fan Touched His Boot, So He Kicked The Fan In The Face, Then Reached Down A Ripped A Chunk Of The Guys Hair-Talented Yes, But He's A Dickherad As A Person, We Were Backstage Talking To Some Friends (We Were In The Opening Band) A Fan Asked For His autograph, His Reply: Quote-I Hate All You Worthless Fucks, Fuckin Beggers, Gimme This! Gimme That! "Fuck You"....WOW- We Were stunned. "What An Asshole" He a Tool As A Human Talented or not Rock On Holycross
It's definitely Soto on the vocals on The Best of '90-'99 on track 11, so yes, he did sing it live with Malmsteen, it's just a shame there's actual no recording of it on YouTube.

I know that Talisman opened for them at Gino's in Stockholm because I was there!! later when Yngwie was on stage JSS & Marcel Jacob joined him for few songs. Talisman was great, tightest band I have ever heard live. RIP MJ
This isn't Jeff Scott Soto, he wasn't on this Tour. When I Saw Them @ The House Of Blues it was A One Time Thing. Mark Boals did all the Touring on this Tour.
I guess you mean Mark Boals. Mark Bolas never sung with Yngjiye. He is a researcher exploring perception, agency, and intelligence. He is an Associate Professor of Interactive Media in the USC Interactive Media Division, USC School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California, Director of their Interactive Narrative and Immersive Technologies Lab, and Chairman of Fakespace Labs in Mountain View, California (according to wikipedia)

I saw Yngwie in 96 @ the House Of Blues in LA and Jeff Scott Soto came out and sang. What memories ! Rock On Maestro Don't listen to all those Haters!
