In my experience, marriage and love is the most complicating thing for me to understand. It seems love has become conditional, that people in it are driven by selfish needs.

It is a horrible situation. My dad was married before he married my mom and so i had three older half siblings who came over every other weekend. I hated not seeing them all the time, I love them so much, and I can't even imagine how hard that would've been for them :(. I'm lucky. My parents have been together for 20 something years now :)

this song cuts deep. Im living this song now. I have my children and every other weekend I go drop them off, and when I see her my heart still drops. We both live our own lives, but she will always be the mother of my kids, my love for 10 years. My sons still ask when will live together again. I cry inside. I moved on finding some one new, but I will never be complete. You cant live the past.

wow that is really deep. i can honestly say this song reminds me of my parents as my siblings and i were growing up as children. my parents feel the same about eachother as you feel for the mother of your children. the only thing that is holding them back is pride, and a few family members who disagree on them being together again. its been 16 years since their divorce and it has hurt us, we still continue to suff til this day as we are all young adults. we dont get to spend any hoildays with

i really don't see how anyone on here can say what they do about their parents. I guess you have to loose one to really appreciate them. As much as i despise my dad i am so glad i still have him.

my mom and dad r gettin sepearted becsause when he would go away to work he was cheatein on her come to find out hes been doing this for 1yr and he stoped to see this woman and her kids b4 he came to see me and my brothers..my brother is like my dad i plan on haveing him give me away at my wedding

this song gets me every time. i remember when my mom would drop me and my brother off at my dads for the weekend. i would cry every night wanting them to get back together. both my parents are re-married now, and seem to be happily married. it just was never the same though. divorce sucks.

My dad left before I was even born, he took off when he found out she was pregnant. I would rather have my parents in this difficult situation than to have seen him once in my life.
On the other hand, since he's a jerk, I have a wonderful stepfather who gave me away at my wedding. Funny how life works out.

It is a horrible situation. My dad was married before he married my mom and so i had three older half siblings who came over every other weekend. I hated not seeing them all the time, I love them so much, and I can't even imagine how hard that would've been for them :(. I'm lucky. My parents have been together for 20 something years now :)

yeah, it's hell. my parents divorced when I was 4 & I didnt get to see him again until I was 7. We had visitations which almost always ended badly :(

I just wanna say be happy for what you had. My mom died on my birthday when I was eight. My parents seperated before then, I LIVED on no money ..My mom negleced me. i was depressed a suicidel. I to this day dont know if my mom ever really loved me. I am the same age as you and I know just how you feel. Just wanted to let you know ur not alone, cuz i thought i was. be strong, this work out for the best. ( or so I heard)

I have a question Why did they use the characters from the show??? I watch Reba but did something happen between Van and Cheyanne and it looks like they had another kid instead of Elizabeth! I havent seen it in a while!

They used the ACTORS from the show. (They love Reba & would do it for her.) However, there is no reference to to the show or its characters.
