I do dye my hair....and that all the heat use I dye my hair onand ya I use a year...ya I use perm.hair dye...I do no have a moisture problem and I keep my ends moist.
Which semi did you use. I use natural instincts and I think it works fine. I was surprised - it worked better than that stuff in the brown bottle (I forgot the name but it's popular in the salons). I don't go under a dryer . I just use a plastic cap for 20 minutes. I have to redo every 4-5 weeks(I wash weekly). I used the conditioner it comes with and then the following week I deep condition.
try coloring your hair with henna it doesnt mess up your hair...just get the proper henna!
