@69allansky allan, the cabinets, ceiling mouldings, lighting fixtures, floor tiles and bunk beds are not included. ask your wife if the developer in isabela is selling their model house (usually old model houses are replaced with a new one every 2-3 years), and if its available and you like it, its better.
