its not a bad attempt at all, you have a very light touch so are not able to project the power that weckl can, also your articulation isnt very good, Otherwise and great example of reading/ hitting of accents and great timing, In the solo dave is imposing a triplet feel over a 7/8 and playing it over the beat,

You should not mix beat's like that if you are not able to end them at the same time, not sure if i explained that well, but as a fellow drummer you should understand and try to learn from my advice, trust me it sounds allot better :)
