200 thumbs up for this suggestion on prior vids is <1% of the 30,000+ viewers which every NovaWar Says video has. This tactic was only requested by a tiny minority of the audience. I thought it was great, but I can still do the maths correctly.
Shame you failed the actual challenge, especially as your ally did virtually nothing in the battles, so if you'd attacked them first you could definitely have suceeded, 1v3, like a bauss! But oh well, even when you fail, NovaWar Says is hilarious!
"The Floor Is Lava!" As Zerg, you can do anything BUT your units have to be on creep at ALL TIMES, and you are allowed to plant only 1 creep, and make it spread, (NO OVERLORDS USING CREEP) if one of your units stand on any ground with no creep, you lose.
"From The Ashes" - As Protoss you can only attack with Phoenix and Zealots. Once the first bunch of Phoenix/Zealots are destroyed you may build them again, but this time they're Carriers and Archons.
As Terran "Make It Rain": You may play normally, but at some point in the game you must activate 15 nukes at once. This doesn't need to be exactly the same time, but at least 15 red targets must be down at one time. Out of these 15, 8 nukes must successfully land.
As Zerg "That Creepy Crawly Feeling": The only units allowed to be built are Drones, Queens, and Overlords. You may not build an army of units. You must win the game by only building spinecrawlers and spawncrawlers.
Only for ZvZ "Going on Strike": You may not directly attack your opponent with your army, you must only use your army to defend. Only drones and infesters are allowed on your opponent's creep.
You must force your opponent to GG by turning his drones into spinecrawlers or spawncrawlers (or whatever the anti-air versions are called). You are allowed control your enemy's units and make them attack themselves, as long as the units you are killing are also being mind-controlled by you.
Long distance charges may apply: you must go hatch\cc\nexus first and it must be 2 extra hex away from the minerals. every base after that must be further and further away from the minerals.
Alternatively: AS terran you must lift off your first cc and move it 1 hex away or further before you start.
The Madoff Build - You can't build any attacking units until you've stockpiled 'x' resources and you have to try to bum as much resources from your partner as you can.
Jeff & Adams Gas, Inc. - Start a game where you only expand. Your goal is to grab as much vespene gas as possible and sell it to your partner for minerals. You can build defensive structures and have a small force no larger than 30 supply in size, but it can only be used to defend, NOT to attack. They're just your company's security forces after all. I recommend doing this on a 4v4 so that you have more customers. :)
Tower defense. You may only build siege tanks, planetary fortess's, bunkers and missile turrets. Once you deploy your siege tanks you cant unsiege them and once you load a bunker you cant unload it. Nor can you attack with just straight up infantry, they can only be used to attack if in a bunker.
@BIGshlongful It works better for terran because they have the sick OP planetary fortress. Missile turrets with Range upgrade are pretty sweet too. Heck theres a whole slew of engineering bay upgrades for buildings, noone ever uses the bunker capacity upgrade for instance. :)
Ace of Hearts build: All your structures must be built so that it makes a heart shape. Also, if you are winning, you have to build a pylon/cannon/bunker/turret/spine/spore heart where your opponents can see it lol
All of the map needs to be revealed for by means of (Overseers/Observers/Sensor Towers) before attacking. Reveal of opponent base is not required due to hazardous work space.
Busy but Lazy
Starting at the 7:00 mark, there needs to be at least 1 tech in research for the rest of the game. Also, no single tech may be repeated, tech may be researched again after one has cycled through all of the researches available to the building.
IdrA- You can be any race you want, but you MUST leave the game if you fight an army that includes hallucinated units. Also, if your opponent kills his/her own base, leave the game.
idea: nomad game: as terran, you must only have one base at a time, and then, after your main has run out (apart from gas) you must LIFT OFF ALLOF YOUR STRUCTURES and move to your new base, and build new addons there.So all of your production facilities must always be on the move, sort of thing.
you're not allowed to choose terran. at game start, you have devote one of your harvesters to attacking your own main building, and you're not allowed to retake control of said harvester until the building is destroyed. in addition, you need to do the same with every expansion you take.

Game Idea- Creep Madness! Requires you and ally as Zerg.
Your victory is contingent ONLY on how much of the map is covered in creep at the end. Even if you lose the game, it will be considered a win if you have more than 75% covered. Go for it all.
Novawar controls the keyboard and Maximus black controls the mouse during the game, no race or build restrictions, but you can't build units or buildings with your mouse.
IDea: Micro/Macro - you're only allowed to control units and micro, your team mate gives you control of his units and you give him control of your base./ vice versa your opponent can only micro and use units, you can only macro, build, expand, build units etc. Do This With Adam as a teammate!

@robotberry, FAIL they didnt have to destroy all his buildings, im pretty sure destroying all his production capability and nexus was enough to cripple him. He didn't have time to leave because the other two left too soon.
@Dan7aylor He was crippled sure, but not 'killed' which was what the rule was. The other two left first, sure. But that was a result of the all the damage done which Maximus directly contributed to. If he wanted to do it properly, he shouldn't have done so much damage so that the opponents left before he'd killed his partner. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the game, I just think they're too quick to call success.
I think one backstab two stabs forward would have been a better name, and I also think this shouldn't count cause the backstab should happen before you attack your enemy, attacking your ally as you're winning kind of defeats the purpose imo
I was skeptical at first, PunyBoy never left, but I got down to thinking about it. PunyBoy's zealots were few and weak and Jeff managed to destroy all production buildings mere seconds before Schniderbaron left. Jeff's zerglings would've destroyed those probes and zealots without a hitch. The other team left because everyone was on their back foot except Jeff, who had been macroing the entire time and, unbeknownst to the other team, killing his partner.
For those of us who don't know how to play Starcraft, what's the point of a macrohatch? It's not like it can lift off like a terran base. The only thing I can think of is teching to different units with the macro but I'm not even sure that you can do that. Just curious and wanted to know. I wonder if your partner was mad or just plain confused when you attacked him.
@bluefire4000 It increases the amount of larvae produced over time, and if you're only producing cheap units (lings) then you can actually be mining minerals faster than you can spend them. It's a similar mechanic as to why you'd want 4 gateways/barracks instead of just one. If the Zerg is constantly building more expensive units / fighting (and losing those units) one base per mineral line can be fine/optimal. But in some builds, larvae production is limiting. (I don't play SC)
@bluefire4000 If you stick to low tier units, you make more money than you can spend with the larva from one hatch. So you build a macro hatch to produce more larvae, so you can make more units
@bluefire4000 The point of a macrohatch is so that u have more larva to morph units with! 1 hatch has 3 larva + queen injections! 2 hatches doubles ur efficiency and allows u to get out more units faster =)

My guess is Adam wanted to get the shit builds done first.... wasn't to bad and Since I saw this commented to do in previous videos We (The Community) Wanted to see it happen and they do this for us so if you don't like it either A) suggest something better or
B) Unsubscribe from it and leave all the fun to the REAL fans :)

@robotberry, FAIL they didnt have to destroy all his buildings, im pretty sure destroying all his production capability and nexus was enough to cripple him. He didn't have time to leave because the other two left too soon.

@Dan7aylor He was crippled sure, but not 'killed' which was what the rule was. The other two left first, sure. But that was a result of the all the damage done which Maximus directly contributed to. If he wanted to do it properly, he shouldn't have done so much damage so that the opponents left before he'd killed his partner. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the game, I just think they're too quick to call success.

I think one backstab two stabs forward would have been a better name, and I also think this shouldn't count cause the backstab should happen before you attack your enemy, attacking your ally as you're winning kind of defeats the purpose imo

I was skeptical at first, PunyBoy never left, but I got down to thinking about it. PunyBoy's zealots were few and weak and Jeff managed to destroy all production buildings mere seconds before Schniderbaron left. Jeff's zerglings would've destroyed those probes and zealots without a hitch. The other team left because everyone was on their back foot except Jeff, who had been macroing the entire time and, unbeknownst to the other team, killing his partner.

For those of us who don't know how to play Starcraft, what's the point of a macrohatch? It's not like it can lift off like a terran base. The only thing I can think of is teching to different units with the macro but I'm not even sure that you can do that. Just curious and wanted to know. I wonder if your partner was mad or just plain confused when you attacked him.

@bluefire4000 It increases the amount of larvae produced over time, and if you're only producing cheap units (lings) then you can actually be mining minerals faster than you can spend them. It's a similar mechanic as to why you'd want 4 gateways/barracks instead of just one. If the Zerg is constantly building more expensive units / fighting (and losing those units) one base per mineral line can be fine/optimal. But in some builds, larvae production is limiting. (I don't play SC)

@bluefire4000 If you stick to low tier units, you make more money than you can spend with the larva from one hatch. So you build a macro hatch to produce more larvae, so you can make more units

@bluefire4000 The point of a macrohatch is so that u have more larva to morph units with! 1 hatch has 3 larva + queen injections! 2 hatches doubles ur efficiency and allows u to get out more units faster =)
