Dave is the best, there are so many rockstars who would've stopped playing and thrown a tantrum in this scenario, or at the very least cursed out the audience afterwards. Dave just tolerated it and even accepted it as a part of the territory regardless of how annoying and dangerous it is, he even continued to play the song with emphasis rather than defiance.
