EFT is a good method but why not try something more contemporary. There are loads of ways to overcome the fear and they are vitually almost everwhere on the internet. I found a free report on this website. Its pretty cool. Check it out. I dont think Youtube allows me to post links so i'll have to show it to you in this format:

I freaked out today in class when my teacher called me up to do a speech. T_T It was embarrassing......I can't help it when all those eyes stared at me and the room was super quiet. It's really overwhelming :[ Is there any tips to help me overcome my fear?????
@faith520 Yes, don't worry. Just find EFT videos here on youtube. You can write to me, i will post you EFT site. I had the same problem like you and thanks to EFT I feel the best in my life, no fears anymore. :)

I overcame this fear with EFT. Best healing method, very quick and easy. :)
