his concern is that the "gold medal" you refer to would be taken out of tax-payer dollars. He actually asked fellow congresspersons to chip in their own money - but no... they wouldn't do that because they have a shallow pool of money then can skim from to pay for those.

You can watch any video of 9/11 and see for yourself, it was demolished, not wasted by the planes, esp WTC 7, no plane hit it, and Larry Silverstein admitted on national t.v. he told the NYFD it had to be "pulled" aka demolished because "I didn't think we could get the fire put out..."
