Some british company changed the window and used too short or thin bolts to tighten the new window, then after T/O, the captain took of his belt and as the pressure built up as the plane climbed to cruising altitude, the window blew out and the captain was sucked out too. The two 747's at 1:33 is a fake. There was a lot of fog that day and there were no pictures of the impact. I think 2:40 if fake too. But some I know are real, especially the PSA where it ran down a Cessna that the pilots were told to follow.

The two 747's at 1:33 is a fake. There was a lot of fog that day and there were no pictures of the impact. I think 2:40 if fake too. But some I know are real, especially the PSA where it ran down a Cessna that the pilots were told to follow.
