While you are incredibly skilled, and trump me in many ways, you really need to find your own sound. I had my Zakk Wylde phase, and it's shaped my playing style in a great way, but only playing and listening to one thing will turn you into a clone. Perhaps check out some Jeff Loomis, Guthrie Govan, John Mayer, SRV, etc. Broaden your horizons. Hell, even check out some Meshuggah and get a grasp on mind bendingly complicated time signatures.

They are called Artificial Harmonics. When you pick your string, you twist your wrist (your pinky finger away from the guitar) and let your thumb touch the string. Where you put the harmonic is everything. Try to experiment in the middle (between the end of the neck and bridge.
