first off, why would you drop to your knee to start if his arm is between your legs? try shoving the arm across and circling on your toes and then dropping to your inside knee. it seems like it would be a lot more practical to transition that way. im not trying to be a jerk or anything just making a suggestion
@hullshaned I'm not a huge wrestler so I don't do that particular transition from the front headlock. I just showed it from there because we did snap down stuff in wrestling class the one day (instructor was a D1 wrestler). It's true, what you said is a more practical transition, but to the back... I used this one because it's less moves to get the grips I wanted instead of having to adjust and by not snapping his arm across it leaves his arm closer for that sit through I want
@newhaircut08 you dont exactly have to take it straight to the back off the transition i was talking about.. if you keep your pressure down on his back and you are able to switch your grips while moving and bury your knee.. and sit out from there. i think it is just 2 different backgrounds clashing. good vid and keep workin
@newhaircut08 yeah dude im definitely gonna give this stuff a little closer look when i get back into the gym and i will let you know what i come up with.
Hey sweet moves man! Haha.
