It was this type of game, but written in basic, and reputedly one of the worst games ever written for the machine. I loved it :D

I had a coleco vision it was my first gaming rig! I REALLY WANT THIS GAME. It was and still is the only video game my dad would play with us.

Nope, the original Space Panic is from 1980 (arcade) and Lode Runner : 1983.

gosh everyone hated this game... yet my father would play this after work for hours and hours lol. What's weird is he hates video games, but this game man he was just hooked. He's a kind of guy that needs to work all day no matter what it is, but this was the first game I saw him play all the time lol. A good 17 years ago.
