  • I love seeing the reactions and how they're decorated but I always wonder how these families are able to keep up with the size of their homes. It takes work but also money and about the organ; nothing against it, it's great but since when are the people on both ends of the donors (the giving and receiving end) allowed to know who gave and who received? Because it ain't here

  • Hey american suckers, go rebuild my cock

  • @rysio5o If your not going to say anything smart don't say it at all

  • Haha.. Mr. Ball was my teacher in 9th grade. :) I watched this episode in his class before it aired on tv. :)

  • Lets hope that they in November 2011 still are able to pay for their house.

I mean it living beyond means.. sometimes these houses are just that.

  • how much coke does this idiot use?

  • But why do they always build such oversized houses? Imagine the hardship these retarded, blind, midgets etc will encounter trying to keep them clean. Or even trying to find the bathroom.

2000 square feet is enough of living space for any family, as long as they don't have more than 10 kids.

Furthermore, I have sincere doubts regarding the quality of these constructions. Over here in Scandinavia we have laws against building entire houses out of cardboard and plaster. I love the US, but..

  • The US get a load of stick generally on youtube but in my opinion there is nothing that captures the true America better than the extreme makeover shows. Inspirational people and unbelievable generosity.

  • @getready800 I agree. This show really shows the TRUE spirit of the American people!

  • boo, I came here to see some interior design, not get all cry-y.

  • what is the song that jo dee messina sang in this episode?

  • @Anime207fan60 I believe that the song is/was 'If heaven was needing a hero'

  • i have Extreme Home Makeover

  • WTF im so week lol

  • I love this programme, and this one in particular really touched my heart! Such a wonderful loving family, torn apart by such awful tragedy! I cried for half of it, laughed for some of it, and I think that Ransom was one in a million, and I have no doubt he is up there looking down on his family and smiling! God bless all of them and R.I.P. Ransom, you did your family proud!

  • Rachel ball's father Mark ball was my art teacher last year.He brought in Missy ranson's sister and we talked. She is such a sweet person. RIP Ransom. You have touched the lives of many.I am an organ donor

  • Rachel ball's father was my art teacher last year at my high school i got to me missy. She is such a sweet person. She talked about ransom. It was sad i remember just doing my work.I watched this episode and cried the hole time.I decided to be an organ donor.RIP Ransom.

  • I miss Ransom so much. I sill remember when they came over the intercom at Cherokee announcing what had happened. Everyone just broke down crying. Ransom was a great kid and one of the friendliest people you would have ever met. Ransom and Alex are missed greatly. I cant believe its been over 5 years. :(

  • I apologize for my ignorance, people. But I do have a question. Did these people complete his home for FREE? I mean, what exactly is the deal? I am new to this.

    Thanks. :)

  • i have a son and two daughters also, we are all donors; my hope is that all get educated on how important organ donating is, rachel ball is alive because ransom became a donor and now he lives on in her and omg! the tribute to ransom was the most emotional tribute i had ever seen, ransom has certainly had an affect on me, and faith, you are an awesome mom, i will always keep you and your family in my prayers.....

  • God im such a cry-baby

  • Jackson lean at 4:19?

  • This episode had so many powerful moments, like them being able to find the girl with Ransom's heart and Ty asking "Who here is an organ donor".

  • The issue i have with the show,is that they build these Mansions for people, not like Homes on Homes ,where he shows people what they can do.I love what they are doing ''the thought'' yes,but to much on all these homes.

  • @seekhim777

with this episode though they built with Ransom's design. it's not like they built this house from scratch. this was Ransom's planning and it was already set into action before the show came along. they just finished up the plans in his memory. they try to help families that feel like they have lost almost everything.

this is a blessing show. and this episode i couldn't stop crying anddd

    I AM NOW A DONOR!!!!! <3 <3 <3

  • Gosh I miss this kid everyday of my life I think about him when I walk outside, and see if it's sunny or w/e I always think it's Ransom or Alex smiling and looking down on us...I miss yall so much I thought about you at graduation man I missed you I pointed to the sky when I walked on the stage no one prolly knew what I was doing man but I know what I was doing......:/ I love you man

  • I absolutely adore this show. Practically every episode, I find myself in tears of empathy for the pain and the happiness of all the families.

This episode got to me, big time. When she got to meet the young woman who received her son's heart, that was a truly, an emotionally beautiful moment.
