  • ГЕНИАЛЬНО!!!

  • Why are we hearing the piano version instead of the 10-string guitar version?

  • @smalin It's a Midi set up, which means that the guitar's signal is amplified and then altered to replicate a piano.

  • @GuhYeahRight If that's the case, then the MIDI must've been edited, because I'm hearing things in the piano version that are not happening on the guitar.

  • @smalin Could you link me to the part(s) where you noticed this ?, Because I can't find them.

  • @JacobSijsma For example, at 0:44, where the piano's right-hand melody is being played in octaves, the piano is sustaining notes that the guitar isn't.

  • @smalin

This version - an exact transcription of piano piece by Satie for my 10-string guitar. Of course, when recorded are dirty sounds in the Midi-converter, which I removed in Cubase. What concerns octaves at 0:44, I really played octaves: in the melody sounds an octave, and I they are not hard to play, since I first string "A", and only the second "E" (as in conventional guitars first string), which gives me the opportunity to perform a wide intervals with low basses.

  • @Radzguitarist Ah, tweaked in Cubase. That explains it. Anyway, very impressive; thumbs up!

  • very good, congratulations,,,,just uploaded the same piece, played in guiar duo format,,,,

    greetings

  • "simply amazing" - theese are the right words! Watched 3 times already, going for 4th :)
