Thanks for response. I'm considering the EV ELX112P or RCF ART 312A both has good reviews. I'll look at the Carvin LM12A. I've had the same good luck with my MEP-7000 whether I use the hard drive or MP3 CDs.

Found your video looking for videos on Pioneer Mep7000, How are the Carvin LM 12A and LM15A speakers?

@shango84a I've been using the carvin LM12A & LM15A since about 2008. Both are great and that's all I'm currently using except for the Carvin PM15A that I just got and it's good too. I brought it along to this wedding in place of one of the LM15A speakers. Never had a problem with any of them.

I've had all good luck with the Pioneer MEP-7000 as well. I mostly play from MP3-CDs and DVDs and use a 500MB WD hard drive in library mode for searching for requests.
