@connor1571 That's why Super Turbo is always going to be the greatest Street Fighter game of all time. It's the most balanced, precise, and rewarding fighting game I've ever played. The closest thing you have to Super Turbo is HD Remix, which is overall better in my opinion than SSFIVAEVersion2012. I would've been playing HDR there was actually someone to play with.

Abel's super is so crap against zangief. I've played against zangief players who stopped abel's SUPER COMBO with a focus attack or a simple light kick.

He's meant to be an MMA fighter - he wears MMA training gear and a wrestling singlet in his alternate costume. If you read his backstory, though, it's likely that he's a bulked-up Charlie. Look at his hair - instead of in his face it's slicked back.

there's not really anything to him, though. he has several ways to change the position of battle, but the fact of the matter is he's still rather slow, he can be grabbed out of his roll (which makes it pretty much useless imo) and his techniques are easy to see coming.

throwing from a roll isn't really anything new..since in the KoF era, rolling and getting thrown from it was fairly common, so you had to be smart with it. and in capcom vs Snk 2, my friends would complain when i threw them from abusing the roll alot, just gotta know when to use it and not abuse it.

although he has many position changing moves his moves do a lot of damage. This balances out and compensates for his low speed. Besides that roll comes in handy.
