I finnished this quest but it didnt trigger the next one which is supposed to be given by Mirabelle Ervine...

wow when i finished the quest it never gave me the next one... and so i kept playing and about 50 quest later i want to go back and finish the college... do i have to reset to a save hella far back and lose about 30 main levels?

For me, Ancano never shows up to interrupt the conversation, it looks like Tolfdir is talking to himself and then I get stuck on "Listen to Tolfdir"...

You didn't show us how to get out of the dungeon after you complete the quest and have to report back to the Arch Mage... you stepped on the plate in the floor that needed a key that you didn't have and you said ..hmmm "oh well"..and the next thing you see is you back inside the college. I am still trying to figure out how to get the heck out of there! LOL

I can't remember, but you may have to go talk to someone else about doing a side quest before. Just go talk to everyone in the college.

Annoying that toldir was hid in that little room was looking for him for ages . And even worse would of been that trap door to the hidden id of been looking ages if it wasn't for this vid :)

This quest Glitched for me :(

When im suppose to follow arcano into the arch mages Quarters He just stopped in front of the door, the doors locked and he just keeps telling me to "Lets go, now"

And i cant go in, and when i try to talk to arcano it gives me 2 (Unlighted) options which both lead back to him just standing there, and me being confused.

The entire quest literally glitched and stopped, i cant even make arcano move and i cant find the key to the arch mages quarters

Someone please help!

@vanx420killa yup this is happening to me too. you found anyway to fix this? ive tried fighting him and to use shouts to push arcano away and follow him back to the corner but nothing seems to work.

How to find the Augur: Go down the Midden. Realize you need a key. Search for Key. Think the gauntlet has something to do with it. Figure out you need rings for each fingers. Go to Arcaenum to find rings. Fail to find rings. Try to find a walkthrough. Come to this video. Realize you just had to wait for the door to open. At least that's how I did it.
