Bernie Lies or speaks ignorance when he claims that the commissions work under rules of civili procedure. I've spoken to commission bureaucrats who regularly admit that the commissions don' operate under formal rules of evidence, disclosure or anything related to civil procedure.

One gets the impression that Mr. Farber hasn't spent a second thinking about free expression in philosophical terms. He always speaks as if his arguments are ipso facto validated by the decisions of government authorities.

It's a consistent theme with Bernie. Look at his position on the Ahenakew verdict and where he stands on the banning from Canada of a certain disagreeable public figure. The man stands on no principles. Were I Jewish, I would not want him speaking in my name.

Bernie Farber is human filth.

He was offended beyond belief when protestors burned Israeli flags, but doesn't even blink when Israeli forces burn the skin off of palestinian children. The systematic disgrace, rape, and destruction of people don't offend Mr. Farber, but if you question any of Israel's motives, you're an anti-semite. Go fuck yourself Farber, you fat waste of skin.
