Quite frankly, i remember this game when it launched into closed beta. it was HIGHLY POPULAR, 2~3 servers, full. But when it switched to open beta, you got a 2 week free trial, and you had to pay a monthly fee. Thats when it crashed and burned. But yes, it is a rather addicting game.

Yeah this is definitely older than 2005, I played this a long time ago, I think it may have even been in beta since it was free at the time. I really enjoyed the trade skills, they're similar to runescape and I really enjoy extra stuff like that. Also you can capture every enemy in the game besides bosses which is cool. Unfortunately it is obviously not a very mature theme and the graphics/ui are old, but I really think it has some really unique gameplay elements that I wish more games used.

Checked this out for about 5 mins, and it's just like the review on your site says: Hasn't aged well. However, I'm totally digging the art style. The character design kinda reminds me of the PSX version of Harvest Moon :)

@drjedo Lol true, though there are a few very good games back then and now that I would pick up over this game, granted for the time it would have looked like the games that come out once a month now. As a strategy MMO I would have to say Atlantica beats this by miles, though, to be fair, I've only had fun in two 2d games, eudemons and MUonline.
