@davaw1 No Taliban are from Iran. Iran is 90% Shiite and the Taliban is a Sunni Islamist ideology. I understand many are indeed from Chechnya and Pakistan but most are ethnic Pashtuns from Afghanistan as Pashtun nationalism is a part of their ideology.

Nevertheless, these soldiers are just as much foreigners as any nationality and the Taliban were the government of Afghanistan before their downfall so it's more appropriate that the UK are told to go home.
