Yes i would recommend it. However, i would recommend more that you read the manga. The anime alone is pretty good but compared to the manga i would say it is not very good. The 2 are quite different and the manga is way better in my opinion.
It is about a guy named Train who works for an organization where he is basically an assassin. He ends up meeting a girl who is a sweeper and he falls in love with her free way of life. He becomes a sweeper himself and ends up teaming up with a guy named Sven.
Trains old partner cannot accept his new way of life and tries to get him to refer to his former way of being an assassin. I don't want to give too much away so that is just some basics of the show. I think it has little bit of everything in it. It has a lot of action, some violence but nothing over the top, some comedy. Hope that helps.
